Some of you may be familiar with him others may not. He is a mascot he created and currently used for other projects such as vinyl toys, clothing and advertisement. He wanted to expand him and his story and thought of a cool idea to let other artists, re draw him their way and just use him to create something new or create new friends for him whilst including him.
